As Global Director of Creativity and Innovation for Pernod Ricard Winemakers (2010 – 2017), I had a significant impact on the organisation’s culture and it was named one of the 50 Most Innovative Companies 2015 by the Australian Financial Review.

 

I now run my own business, Paulina Larocca Creative Catalyst, and share the mindsets, skillsets and toolsets to create a culture of innovation to release the potential in every business that is smart enough to realise they need it and brave enough to ask for it.
